1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, sealed, and unused condition.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • The item must be in the original packaging, with all included accessories, labels, and documentation intact.

  • Returns are only accepted if accompanied by a clear, uncut video showing:

    • The product being unboxed from sealed condition

    • The complete setup and demonstration of the issue/problem

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following types of products are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Products that are physically damaged or show signs of misuse

  • Items with water damage, rust, corrosion, or oxidation

  • Opened or used products

  • Items without original packaging, accessories, or invoice

  • Items tested and confirmed working before dispatch (unless proven defective via uncut video)

3. Defective or Non-Working Products

If a product is found to be non-functional:

  • A complete uncut video must be submitted showing the issue from unboxing to testing.

  • After review and approval by our technical team, return or exchange will be processed.

  • In absence of the required video, no return or replacement will be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  • Product is returned in unused, sealed, and resaleable condition.

  • Return request is made within 7 days of purchase and approved by our team after inspection.

  • A 2% deduction will be applied on all refunds to cover platform/processing fees.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days after successful inspection.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible, and the standard return policy will apply.

6. Warranty Claims

  • Warranty is provided directly by the product’s brand/manufacturer.

  • PowerPlay Builds does not handle warranty repairs or replacements.

  • In case of issues after use, customers must contact the authorized service center of the respective brand.
