We currently ship across all major cities and states in India. Delivery to remote or restricted areas may be subject to courier service availability.

2. Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of high order volume, dispatch may take additional time, and customers will be notified.

3. Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

  • Delays due to weather, logistics, or external factors beyond our control are not our responsibility.

  • Tracking information will be shared via SMS/email once the order is shipped.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Free shipping may be available on select orders or during promotional offers (subject to terms).

5. Packaging & Protection

  • All products are packed securely using industry-standard protective materials to avoid transit damage.

  • If you receive a package that appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.

  • Customers can track their orders through the respective courier partner’s website.

7. Delivery Issues

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or customer refusal, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  • Re-delivery will be attempted only after additional shipping charges are paid.
