1. General Overview

PowerPlay Builds is a leading provider of custom-built PCs and computer hardware components. We offer a wide range of products including processors (CPUs), graphics cards (GPUs), motherboards, RAM, SSDs/HDDs, power supplies, monitors, printers, and related accessories. All transactions are governed by the following terms and conditions.

2. Product Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is in its original, sealed, unused, and unopened condition.

  • No returns will be accepted for products that show:

    • Physical damage

    • Rust, water damage, or oxidation

    • Broken or missing parts

    • Mishandling or tampering

  • If the product is not working, a clear, uncut video must be provided showing:

    • The entire unboxing process

    • Product setup and connection

    • The issue occurring in real-time

  • Without an uncut video, no return or replacement will be processed.

3. Warranty Policy

  • All products are covered by manufacturer warranty only, as per their individual terms and conditions.

  • PowerPlay Builds does not offer in-house warranty services.

  • Warranty becomes void if:

    • The product is physically damaged

    • There is liquid damage or oxidation

    • Improper installation or electrical surge occurs

    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications are done

  • Customers must directly contact the brand’s authorized service center for warranty claims.

4. Product Testing & Verification

  • On customer request, components can be tested before dispatch.

  • Once tested and verified, the product is considered sold in working condition.

  • No returns will be accepted for tested items unless an uncut video proves the product failed on first use.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are provided only under the following conditions:

    • The product is returned in sealed, unused condition

    • The return request is made within 7 days of purchase

    • The return is approved by PowerPlay Builds after inspection

  • A 2% deduction will apply as platform/processing fees on all approved refunds.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after product verification.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation or refund will not be entertained.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must verify compatibility of all components before purchase.

  • PowerPlay Builds is not responsible for:

    • Damage caused by incorrect installation

    • System incompatibilities

    • Third-party service errors

  • It is advised to confirm product details and warranty terms before completing a transaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • PowerPlay Builds is not liable for:

    • Any loss of data, downtime, or business impact caused by product failure

    • Delays caused by brand service centers during warranty claims

    • Any incidental or consequential damages due to hardware usage

9. Changes to Terms

  • These terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.

  • The latest version will be available on our official platforms or provided on request.
